A Great Location

Bordering the Potomac River and the Maryland Line

Bordering the Maryland line and the Potomac River, Falling Waters is a popular community for commuters and those wanting to live near the water. Many people use Falling Waters as a bedroom community to commute to cities nearby and as far as Washington, D.C. and Baltimore. There are some beautiful spots in Falling Waters and living is still affordable.  The Potomac River borders Falling Waters to the east which is the dividing point between WV and Maryland.  Just down the road is Hagerstown which is a mid  size city. The Valley Mall is a short drive from Falling Waters.  If you commute to Maryland and the DC Metro area, I81 takes you to Rt 70 which connects to 270 and the towns outside of DC — Gaithersburg, Bethesda and Frederick.
